John concentrates his practice on litigating complex and simple matters before Municipal, State and Federal Courts. Prior to forming The Hopkins Law Offices, John practiced in diverse areas of the law for top law firms in New Jersey. This made him eager to cultivate his own practice, one that would effectively intersect his expertise with his interests. He believes that what wins a case and what makes a creative business thrive is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets him apart.

John Hopkins has represented clients in the New Jersey area large and small for nearly 30 years. Following in his father’s footsteps he took a great interest in the law and has since opened his own practice. Through passion and diligence he continues to provide the same dedication to all of his clients from the beginning. Practicing since the first internet boom, John has hands-on experience with how technology affects the community and the judicial system. Staying ahead of the law’s frequent changes is one of Johns motivators.
